There was a time when Russia was the competing to be the first in space, they had a great communist science program that was largely a product of when the Americans and Russians got the best of the WWII Nazi engineers back when they built the Berlin wall…not that you care about that…it was a long time ago, at least enough time to take freedom from their people, train them in a militant way, soak them in Vodka, and give them their freedom back, leaving them confused yet capable to do stunts like this, where dude parasails, without an ocean or a Boat, because that shit is for little girls on vacation…these are Russian and don’t need Oceans or Boats, that is for the weak…
