They are exhibitionists who call themselves performers. They are the child stars who have always been kept in a display case for all the look at. You give them a camera, an access to an audience and they just get weirder and weirder, like putting on their own performance art show….all while looking deformed or underdeveloped…due to whatever disease she has…maybe it’s AIDS, I don’t know..
