That said, we are making progress as a people because I’ve heard two hit shows from the 80s are being redone but with a black cast….thank GOD for that…I mean nothing says inclusion like repurposing old shows and redoing them with black cast instead of just creating a damn show from scratch you fucking slackers…
I understand the spinoff, the sequel, but the recreation of something that exists, no matter the color or gender of the cast, makes me really wonder why Hollywood can’t just create something SIMILAR with a different name, other than they have the marketing and intelectual property, even the theme song and logos in place so it’s actually really cost effective….in the lamest of ways….create new shit you’re rich people…with staff and budgets…lame ass.
Hollywood is dead…Not that I care…that’s not my scene…my scene is drinking more and doing less…where bothering with insignifcant nonsense like rich and famous people in Hollywood, or masks, or COVID or politics gets in the way of sitting and staring….the important things…I’ll save that whining, crying, outrage, for you losers of social media…..
