Apparently, this is Hilary Duff’s implant scar…because apparently Hilary Duff has implants – which would be so abnormal – considering everyone in Hollywood has plastic surgery…I mean everyone everywhere gets plastic surgery, it’s all part of having the best instagram profile around…so totally not a big deal…it’s kind of a thing…

I guess it doesn’t have to be an implant scar, I am not a plastic surgeon despite telling girls I can give them free vaginalplasty exams, and don’t know where implant scars go…I guess it could also be an rash, or a pimple – or even an AIDS Lesion….

And what it comes down to is that implants aren’t that big of a deal. I called her out on this in 2010 …back when she was a hockey wife he would practice team initation on…
