It’s a very complicated time of year, that final week of the year, where most people are on vacation wrapping up 2017 with a holiday induced alcohol fueled, family filled bang…I mean assuming they have family, while other people are still working because they have shit jobs that don’t take the week off….a time to reflect on all that went wrong the past year, all your hopes for the next year, all your expectations that everything will be the same next year, because they’ve been the same the last two decades…because nothing actually happens for you….I’d assume high suicide rates and conversations like “can you believe it’s 2018 in a few days”…reminding us all how old, tired, depressing our insignificant existence is….couple that with the temperature being -40 degrees celsius and be reminded that shit is pretty much ridiculous as we wait for death.
