I keep seeing all this Diversity hiring news like it’s a good thing…and I am like…the people who are diversity hires must feel like shit about being diversity hires because it totally discredits all they’ve worked for to be qualified for the job…

It’s like these companies are creating racism by white man saying “he will give races a chance”….instead of just giving all races a chance to be the best candidate for the job….

I wonder how many flights you’ve been on where you have cared or even noticed if your pilot was black, Indian, woman, we just care if they can fly the damn plane, and assume they can…..

When I used to trust doctors and go to the walk in clinic I’ve never noticed the ethnicity of my doctors or genders of my doctors…I just assume they are doctors…as I pull my microdick out shamefully to see if the growth on it is cancer, gangrene or because I took some internet tip to get stung by a bee on your dick a few hours before fucking to give it a swell only to not have found bees but instead a hornets nest…you know common mistakes..

Now you gotta ask “is this mother fucker even a doctor or did they put him here to fill quota”…and that doctor has to wonder if they were hired for being a good doctor or being a diversity and I can’t imagine that being something to be proud of….”got the job, yeah, cuz I’m black”…..totally discounting achievements and capabilities of those people…by reducing them to their race cuz it speaks to a twitter woke narrative that’s hypocritical and idiotic…but it a whole trend, diversity is an industry, business…they sell courses and experts and corporations are dishing out cash to get diversity compliant and the whole thing is fucking dumb….no one cares what your race is, we care if you’re a good person or a piece of shit, and statistically you’ll be a piece of shit, cuz all humans are…you know they are the problem…ALL the problems in this world…
