Anyway, what I am trying to say is fat fucks die faster, die harder, so fitness by definition should help you, unless you die doing said fitness, so maybe it’s just safer to sit this one out…I AM HERE IF YOU NEED ME BOYS…but I get my fitness watching girls in skimpy clothing to fitness.
