I find it interesting that the new bro, the new mainstream, the frat boy loser bro, is into the dot com billionaire, bio-hacking, kettlebell workouts, microdosing, ketogenic diets, posting topless selfies of themselves to show off their workouts while learning about it in Podcasts by the same group of Tony Robbins rip off artists…

Because these people, the mainstream are too busy doing squats to read blogs, but listening to podcasts while they excel at life being alphas…is where it’s at…

Leaving me alone, with a blog, without a podcast…
