I think this exercise move is called off-setting your workout results by emotionally eating, where that the more you go to the gym,, the more you eat, never quite losing…

It’s like “I got my trainer, must have burned 1000 calories, let’s go eat cake”….it’s a move many fat people use… but that Ariel Winter has perfected…
