Readers of the site will know by now that I am a lawyer and love to follow and report on legal news and that Drunken Stepfather is the home of all things LOHAN related. That is why today’s news is extra special as it involves lawyers and Lohan.

“Lindsay Lohan is threatening legal action against publications that dare to report on the latest twist in the teenage starlet’s domestic drama. In a blistering seven-page letter just sent to several celebrity news outlets, Lohan attorney John Lavely warned that publication of Michael Lohan’s “malicious, false, and outrageous statements” about the young star and her mother Dina would expose these outfits to “liability and a substantial damage verdict.”

All this because he wants $3 millionn per year, which is half the money Dina (Lindsay’s MOM) is making on Lohan’s $40 Million earnings.
