Morning Hangover Dump of the Day

I saw two things that annoyed me today, the first was an article on CNN trying to DEBUNK adding apple cider vinegar to your glass of water everyday, because in the human study, the apple cider vinegar people only lost 4 pounds more than the placebo group in 12 weeks….and that’s not enough weight to justify all the effort of putting a splash of vinegar in a glass of water everyday….but where I am sitting, as an obese man, 4 pounds lost from doing nothing, is a lot…so you have to ask yourself, why would CNN not want you to drop 4 pounds, or try to sway you from trying the apple cider vinegr thing, are they just mad that skinner people will make their big Pharma advertisers less money? Was the apple cider vinegar hate put together by the diabetes pill manufacturers who don’t like that it’s been proven to also curb your blood sugar….you gotta ask yourself why they’d want you sick or avoiding natural remedies to prevent getting sick…because 4 pounds in 12 weeks, is 17 pounds in a year….but don’t bother…STAY fat…stay angry…stay glued to your screens…you dumb fucks…

THE OTHER THING….also fat related was that Demi Lovato is playing victim, because it’s a society of victim, the reasoning is pretty easy, when you trigger people or get them to an emotional place, getting them back to a rational and logical place is impossible. It’s basic manipulation tactics we’ve all used….get people emotional, making emotional decisions, and they are your puppet you can sway in any direction….

But yeah, Demi Lovato is blaming fat shamers for making her relapse on drugs that led up to her overdose…so it is ALL their fault…

Fat shaming isn’t a fucking thing, the shame people feel from being called fat is their own, so do something about it….
