Erasure star Andy Bell has shockingly admitted he wanted to be diagnosed with HIV.

The openly homosexual singer revealed he was HIV positive in December – six years after he was diagnosed with the fatal disease – and admits he believed catching the illness was a re-affirmation of his homosexuality.

He said: “You are going to think this strange, but I wanted to be HIV positive. I thought HIV was a touchstone of being gay.”

The ‘Breathe’ singer also says he doesn’t think about dying, because he believes he can fight the disease for many years with the help of medicine.
He added: “I’m a fighter. They will have to take me from this world kicking and screaming. My life expectancy should be the same as anyone else, so there is no need to panic.”

Slightly more than a month in the stores, Lindsay Lohan’s recording debut, Speak has been certified Platinum by the RIAA. Lindsay co-wrote 5 of the 11 songs on the record including the title track and the two singles.
Closing out a year that has included a box office hit and being declared 2004’s “Hot Girl” by Rolling Stone Magazine, Lohan can now add Platinum selling recording artist to her resume.

Lohan has starred in The Parent Trap, Freaky Friday, Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen and most recently in Mean Girls. She recorded much of SPEAK while filming the upcoming remake of Herbie, the Love Bug, titled HERBIE: Fully Loaded and began shooting Just My Luck.

This SIGNED vintage* color male nude beefcake photograph by photographer Walter KUNDZICZ of CHAMPION Studio features model Walt COVERT. This is an ORIGINAL Champion print dating from the 1960s. These early prints by Champion Studio are quite RARE and difficult to find and only a few are signed by Kundzicz himself. We are offering vintage Champion Studio photographs in both the adult and non-adult Photography categories of eBay this week, listed with our other auctions at the link below.

Kundzicz’s work represents an interesting time period in beefcake photography. As the 1950s gave way to the 1960s, muscle-headed beefcake gave way to free spirited, playboy jocks and roadsters. Photographers like Kundzicz, Renslow, Bellas and Milo pushed not only the esthetic boundaries that had confined the previous decade, they pushed the legal boundaries with more revealing posing straps and sexier props. But it is Kundzicz’s color images that, perhaps, best capture this time period on the cusp of the sexual revolution, posing sunny, youthful models in everyday settings like the garage, the bedroom, the rumpus room, and the shower. Historically he has his place among the best photographers of his time, and deserves to be recognized for his innovative vision.

The 3½-by-5-inch image is printed on heavy glossy stock. The photograph is in good condition with a few minor marks on the surface.
