Can you clarify what LEGAL grounds you are asking for the removal.

I looked at the post and it is simply an embedded video from Youtube (public), American Apparel owned images, that I have the rights to use and you don’t have ownership of.

They are posted along with my analysis and commentary of your artist, which is satirical and comedic in nature, promoting her to my audience for free.

There is no stolen material….and my commentary, or my art, is from my perspective, freedom of press, my right to have an opinion as a media outlet and really as a free thinking individual in this place we call “THE WORLD”…

I believe, PASSIONATELY, that I have a voice, and I have an opinion, that I am entitled to voice. I do not think I should be shunned, or swept into a corner like SOME KIND OF SECOND RATE CITIZEN because you don’t agree with it….in a place we call “THE WORLD”….a place in which we are “ALL GOD’S PEOPLE”….even if you’re an Atheist…that I am sure you agree….however, I do have a Mexican name, and you are based in California, so maybe Atlantic Records and their representatives feel as though I am a second rate citizen. Maybe they feel I don’t have the right to my opinion, my freedom of Speech, my voice must be shunned because it is DIFFERENT THAN YOUR OWN….not very Politically Correct, or Inclusive.

That said, are you simply requesting it be removed because you don’t like the caption? You don’t find it favorable or nice? Are you against me having my own opinion?

I’d be interested in what your legal team is advising on this, because from my perspective, I’ve giving a relatively unknown artist attention, on my personal blog, with my person opinion.

Also, I am based in Quebec Canada, and would request all legal documents and letters from your legal team in French. That’s the law where I am, where my post was made, where my voice was written, where my art that you are trying to OPPRESS was created.

Let me know what you’re thinking, we can get through this together, I believe in us!

I don’t care how mean you are to me, I think you’re great! I am so excited Atlantic Records emailed me, I actually have an album I’ve been working on, maybe you can refer me to the A&R department? That’d be so cool. IMAGINE this email, you emailing me, about an artist I’m sure you don’t actually care about, opened a lifelong partnership between us.

That’d be so cool. I like to think of this email from you a mean spirited, threatening, BLESSING IN DISGUISE, because CHRISTMAS.

I would say “Sure, 10,000 dollars, because you are a big record label and that’s going rate for other sites for this kind of thing”..

Instead I said HERE YOU GO!!! FREE. I AM SO NICE!!!!!
