I remember the “smart” people in school were the ones who could recite what the teacher told them, as if it was their own original thought….even in “art” class the teacher would give an assignment and the kids that basically recreated the example given got the higher marks, while those who interpreted the idea didn’t…even though you’d argue that interpreting an assignment would be more artistic than doing the example the teach gave us…but reward the complicit…

Then there’s the whole working a job and being forced to be a yes man, bring ideas and you get called weird, do what you are told and you are called an asset….I had a job once, it was the worst, but one of the sales guy at the company would suck the bosses dick so hard that he’d buy the same brand of shoes the boss had to chat shoes…and instead of being seen as a dick suck, the boss said “let’s promote this guy”….that is the world we live in…just be a fucking drone idiot…

It’s part of the reason I hate social media, just everyone being brain washed to think and be like everyone else, while for some reason thinking they are creative….if someone posts an ice cream from a trendy place in LA, the next thing you know, that ice cream is offered in every city and town across the world….so that all the losers can pose with their instagram ice cream in the comfort of their own community…and it’s never a “new” concept that trends…it’s IDENTICAL to the one that is trending….pretty horrible…
