I may have spent my day drinking, which is the whole point of living, and I may not actually believe in fitness for myself, but I do know how good it can be for your mind and body….you know your overall health will thank you….but I do believe in fitness for other people, especially girls because a fit body so long as it is not too fit of a body is better than a dumpy pile of shit body….so get some musculature, it will help your mental health, it will make you feel better about yourself, it will possibly help you live long, definitely look better and all that makes taking nudes more rewarding for those of us looking at the nudes..
