I used to be the pervert in the group…I used to talk sex and fetishes and weirdos and porn all the time…with all the people I knew.

It was incessant, never ending, to the point where the girlfriends of my friends wouldn’t let me be their friend because I was a bad influence. They thought I was a misogynist, before misogyny was a thing like it is today. There was no patriarchy.

I wasn’t into porn, I just saw the humor in porn and the people consuming porn. Basic perverts with access to so much fucked up shit and this was decades ago.

I worked in a porn company, not by choice, it was the only job I could get and I had access to all kinds of weird fucking porn, but even before that I’d be the one showing up with obscure fucking weirdness I came across…or the one asking all the details about a person’s sex.

At one time, I thought I should be a sex therapist, it was a passion…and not even the whole having sex thing, just the overall human experience of it was interesting to me.

Then a bunch of years later, when porn went mainstream, and middle aged women were watching porn and masturbating to porn with various sex toys available to them, probably a decade ago or so….I ended up at a function all these old friends were at with their asshole wives who used to judge me for my pervert interests…and the prude wife who hated me the most was trying to rope in a threesome, all confident in sex, I guess she started reading Cosmo and became a pervert in and of herself…and I realized I’m not the pervert weirdo…all you other motherfuckers are.
